Why We Started Roasting

RunFlat Coffee exists for the people who plan their weekend around a Cars & Coffee meetup, who know what Monterey Car Week is without being told, and who still think the best conversations happen leaning against a fender with a cup in hand. We wanted a coffee brand that spoke that language instead of borrowing it.

Every roast we sell is named after the roads, passes, and circuits that built European motorsport — the same culture that gave us the cafe racer, the Cars & Coffee meetup, and a calendar of events that car people build their year around. It’s the world we’re roasting for.

Small-Batch, Roasted To Order

We roast in small batches out of Southern California, and we’d rather sell a fresher bag than a bigger one. No filler, no shortcuts — just specialty-grade beans roasted the way they should be, the same ethos that stripped a stock motorcycle down to a cafe racer: keep what matters, cut what doesn’t.
